Blank screen in LockDown Browser

When the instructors set up Respondus Lockdown Browser and click the setting to view the test results in RLDB, the students get a blank screen. There are two solutions to this issue.

Solution #1: Turn off Require LockDown Browser to view feedback and results.

In Canvas keep Let Students See Their Quiz Responses Only Once After Each Attempt enabled.

Go to the LockDown Browser settings for the quiz and uncheck the Require LockDown Browser to view feedback and results. The student will already be in LockDown Browser after exam submission, and the results will immediately show.

Solution #2: Turn off Only Once After Each Attempt setting.

Keep Require LockDown Browser to view feedback and results checked. The student will need to be in LockDown Browser to view feedback and results.
