Allowing others to edit an Office 365 online document
By default, online Office365 documents (aka cloud documents) are set to view-only.
To provide the ability for others to edit a cloud document:
Click the Share icon in the upper right-hand corner of the document.
Click People in Seminole State College of Florida with the link
In the Other settings area, check Allow editing [1] and click Apply [2].
People in Seminole State College of Florida with the link can now edit the document.
Click Copy link to retrieve the editing link for the document.
