Creating your student Zoom account

When you are attending class using Zoom, we recommend using a free Basic Zoom account that is associated with your @live.seminolestate.edu email address. To create your free Seminole State associated Basic Zoom account:




Follow the steps to create a free Basic Zoom account using your @live.seminolestate.edu email. 

Please note, the password for this Zoom account is unique and is not connected to your Seminole State network/email/Canvas password. The SSO (single-sign on) button does not provide access for students.

If you have a personal Zoom account, make sure to sign out of your personal account, and sign-in with your self-created student account in order to attend classes in Zoom.  For more information, see Switching to your Seminole State associated Zoom account.
