Finding participant (attendance) reports for Zoom meetings
Overview
Downloading attendance reports
Click Usage.
Enter the date range for the meeting and click Search.
Locate the desired session and click the number for the participants.
The Meeting Participants report will load.
To clean up the report:
Check the box for Export with meeting data [1]. (optional)
Check the box for Show unique users [2]. (This removes the names of duplicate participants.) (Optional)
Click Export to save the report as a .CSV file, which is compatible with Microsoft Excel.
